OSM Parent Portal – Adding Multiple Children To One Account

If you have more than one child in the Scout Group, whether they’re in the same section or not, you can see all of their details and manage them all from a single Parent Portal account.

All you need to do is –

Login to your existing Parent Portal account (if you need to create an account, see instructions here).

Click the link in any email sent to you by your other child’s leader (whether it’s to the programme, events, event sign-up or whatever – if you haven’t got a recent email, ask your child’s leader to send you an email with a link to the system).

As long as you’ve used the same email address for both children, you should now see both children listed in your account.
